[Debian-med-packaging] ITP: ABySS -- de novo, parallel, short-read assembler

Hi Shaun,

thanks for the ITP.  I added an according snippet to the tasks file.  If
you commit the packaging stuff to Debian Med Vcs I might add the
location as well.

I have one question about the license which seems to make the program
non-free:  If you are one of the authors do you possibly have some
influence to switch to a free license?
