[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#648762: Please update MIRA to autoconf 2.68 or superior.

Dear Bastien,

we are distributing Mira in Debian and got a report from our Ubuntu friends
that Mira 3.4.0 needs to be patched in order to be linked with ‘--as-needed’.
This patch can be avoided if you use autoconf 2.68 or superior in your next
release.  Can you consider that upgrade ?
