[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#668629: dicom3tools: Invalid Code-block style for the SPcod and SPcoc parameters

the attached code from jpegdump.cc looks suspicious. It looks as if Code-block style for the SPcod and SPcoc parameters where computed from Scod while it should computed from Code-block style. As per Table A.15 Coding style parameter values of the SPcod and SPcoc parameters
