Regarding libbiojava1.7 I can say that we are heavily lagging behind
upstream.  So my plan would be to package recent BioJava version and
in case there will be some trouble we would probably be able to sort
it out with obviosely very active upstream.  In short: Thumbs up for
the planned upgrade from this side.
