[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#661200: Bug#661200: r-cran-vegan should Depends: r-cran-lattice

Hi Charles,

in case you upload this package please verify the newly uploaded

   r-base-dev version 2.14.2~20120222

which included our proposed patch.  However, when looking now, the
prepending tilde is missing and we might need to convince Dirk for
another change.  Could you please verify this?
