Hi,

as you possibly know your program MrBayes is packaged for Debian.
Version 3.2.0 also includes documentation in PDF form which is for sure
a good idea. However, our Debian ftpmasters are strict enough to
require an editable source which is not given for PDF. I have found
the sources for Manual_MrBayes_v3.2.0_draft.pdf in your SVN repository
and I will include it into the Debian package. It would be really
helpful if you could include these sources also in your next release
tarball.

However, I did not found any LaTeX code for commref_mb3.2.pdf and when
looking at it, the file seems to be auto generated in some way but
not with LaTeX. Could you please give some hint how this file was
generated and whet the input sources are?

Kind regards and thanks for providing MrBayes as free software

      Andreas.

the source needs to be provided in the source package uploaded to
Debian. Where exactly does not matter (.orig.tar.gz, additional
upstream tarball when using 3.0 (quilt) or debian.tar.gz), though adding
a note where it can be found when it's not in the .orig.tar.gz is
helpful.

Regards,
Ansgar
