[Debian-med-packaging] PredictProtein and deps to Debian

Dear Team, Andreas!

Please take a look and upload:

 * predictnls
 * librg-exception-perl
 * profbval
 * profisis
 * norsp
 * predictprotein

These packages are now ready as far as I can tell. None are build-dependencies of the others, therefore they can be uploaded in any order.
PredictProtein will only work when all are uploaded, however. The dependency graph of PredictProtein is in the attachment.
