[Debian-med-packaging] beast-mcmc_1.6.2-2_amd64.changes is NEW

Dear ftpmasters,

I would like to stress the fact that this is actually no new upload but
rather a rename of a binary package to solve a name space conflict bug
(#679394). Feel free to inspect the attached debdiff which proves this
point.

It would be great if you could consider some fast processing of this
package to make sure that 1.5 years of work of several people of the
Debian Med team is finally rewarded by getting the package into Wheezy.

Many thanks and sorry for the inconvinience

     Andreas.
