[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#661663: mrbayes: unbuildable on kfreebsd (libhmsbeagle-dev not available)

Hi,

I just uploaded libhmsbeagle with *all* packages set

   Arch: linux-any

which (hopefully) solves bug #661659.

When thinking twice about it it would have been sufficient to leave
libhmsbeagle-dev and libhmsbeagle1 as Arch:any because these could
probably perfectly build on kfreebsd. However, this would probably
mean to set

   Build-Depends: openjdk-6-jdk | default-jdk

which somehow enables installing the Build-Dependencies and would
prevent building of the JAR file if libhmsbeagle-java remains on

   Arch: linux-any

so on kfreebsd only the C libraries will be builded and the Java
stuff should be left out. However, it is absolutely not clear to
me how to design the rules file to prevent the attempt to build
the JAR (which fails with gcj).

Kind regards

      Andreas.
