[Debian-med-packaging] Please foreward patches for cain to upstream

Hi Ivo,

I realised that there were some patches in cain package which might
interest upstream.  We recieved a patch ficing a gcc-4.7 build issue and
I also added some other interesting patches regarding hardening.

Please use some other mails of mine as template to inform upstream
about these patches and ask them to include these in their next version.

Try hard to get hardening applied which needs a Makefile patch and a debian/rules rewrite; at least success in simplifying debian/rules was approached; remaining lintian warnings might be false positives because the build options are in effect
