Justification: fails to build from source (but built successfully in the past)

Builds of seqan failed on multiple platforms due to test suite errors, as
detailed at https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=seqan&ver=1.4.1-2.
Specifically, the i386, powerpc, and s390x builds all ran into errors; most
of the remaining failures stemmed from exceeding system resources during
actual compilation or linking.
