[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#733602: libinsighttoolkit4-dev: Review module not included after transition from 4.4 to 4.5

Dear Maintainer,

After the transition from ITK 4.4 to ITK 4.5, the Review Module is no longer included.

This causes the Demons based registration code to no longer compile.

Would it be possible to turn on the new Module_ITKReview flag?
