 libinsighttoolkit4.3 : Depends: libminc2-1 which is a virtual package.

fix could be as simple as adjust build-depends.... if compatible with
both I would appreciate if you make build-depends on libminc2-3 | libminc2-1
for easy backporting to wheezy happen that would be needed
