That's fine with me.

Since there will be a 1.4.12 bug fix release today or
tomorrow I'd suggest waiting for that and fixing the
Depends in that version.

It should be noted that

	Depends: python:any, [...]

doesn't quite cut it: we depend on Python _2_ and can NOT run
under 3 at the moment.
