[Debian-med-packaging] New version of BioConductor qvalue uploaded to Debian - please add vignette in future

Hi John,

I'd like to inform you that I just uploaded the latest version of qvalue
(1.40.0) to Debian.  Since we try to do automatic testing it would be a
good idea if you could include the file vignettes/qvalue.Rnw into the
download tarball.  For now I fetched it using

  svn --username readonly --password readonly co https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/trunk/madman/Rpacks/qvalue/vignettes

but for future releases it would simplify things a lot if we could find
this file inside the downloadable tarball.
