Thanks for this bug report.  I noticed that a new upstream version is
out but since seqan is heavily stress testing our porter machines and we
can not know whether everything will work nicely I'll wait until after
the freeze with this new version.  May be the bug was fixed upstream -
if not I try to track down the issue.
