[Debian-med-packaging] uscan not downloading new upstream version of bowtie2

Hi Andreas,

thank you, I just was about to upload it too :)
It also seems that you didn't push the latest changes - d/changelog at 
least,  to git.
I'll check the new version of gmap right now.
