... and that's again pushed into Debian new queue - I'll ping ftpmaster
to do some faster processing since it has fixed the issues in
debian/copyright now.

BTW, there is a small spelling fix at

    https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/debian-med/iqtree.git/tree/debian/patches/spelling.patch

Feel free to take it over. :-)

Moreover I'd like to say since you are also part of libpll upstream: I
checked out this lib and noticed that it keeps the habit as the same
authors did in RAxML to check the hardware features at build time rather
than at execution time - at least I'm guessing this from the download
page[1] featuring different binary downloads

   libpll-1.0.2-sse3-64.tar.gz
   libpll-1.0.2-avx-64.tar.gz
   libpll-1.0.2-sse3-pt-64.tar.gz
   libpll-1.0.2-avx-pt-64.tar.gz

>From a distributors point of view that's pretty unfortunately and I
would love if you could consider detecting the features of the actual
machine at execution time rather than compile time.

Kind regards

       Andreas.
