[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#753809: ginkgocadx: bug still there with 3.7.1

This problem still exists with 3.7.1.

I downloaded a study from the DICOM server. The download worked but
Ginkgo cannot display the study. ImageJ displays the downloaded DICOM
files from within Ginkgo's DICOM store just fine.
