[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#846474: src:igv: New version available

Package: src:igv
Severity: normal

Hi,

updating igv to latest upstream (2.3.88) should not be that hard to do.
If you want to do a really great job you could separate all its JARs and
free the package itself - which is time consuming but definitely worth
doing it.

Kind regards

        Andreas.
