[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#840026: seqan2: FTBFS on non-Linux: undefined reference to `pthread_create'

Severity: important
Justification: fails to build from source

Builds of seqan2 on kFreeBSD and the Hurd have been failing:

    /usr/include/c++/6/thread:136: undefined reference to `pthread_create'

Please either build with -pthread (preferred) or link with -lpthread.
