[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#877461: not using drmaa

there is a patch in d/patches that removes drmaa support from upstream code.
This was at time of sge/drmaa removal from Debian.
So drmaa is not used at all, only the symlink remained (certainly an error
forgetting to clean the link file).

Gonna update to remove link from package, and see if drmaa support can be
reintroduced.
