Hi Maintainer

Since the upload of 1.2.2+dfsg-1, bowties's autopkgtests have been
failing [1] with the following error:

Could not locate a Bowtie index corresponding to basename "e_coli"
Command: /usr/bin/bowtie-align-s --wrapper basic-0 -a -v 2 --suppress 
1,5,6,7 -c e_coli ATGCATCATGCGCCAT

autopkgtest [08:20:41]: test run-unit-test:  - - - - - - - - - - results

run-unit-test        FAIL non-zero exit status 1
