[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#912235: activation and corba removed from jdk

the problem is those packages are deprecated and cannot be used with jdk 11.

Forcing use of a previous jdk will work will this jdk is available in
debian.....

the problemis to get something working both for "old" jdk and "new"
jdks.... I think upstream focused on older versions (installed in more
locations) but indeed should be forwarded as an issue, and last upstream
version is from 2016.... 


javax.activation should be "replaced" by JAF standalone version i
suppose but

1) it is not in Debian

2) seems to be named now java.activation (so needs patching to rename calls)


for Corba related stuff, don't know for any replacement.
