[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#912119: qrisk2: please provide qrisk3

Hi Karsten,

thanks for the hints.  Do you think we need both qrisk2 *and* qrisk3?
I'd prefer to replace qrisk2 by qrisk3 (may be changing the package name
to qrisk?) or are both different programs with different purpose?
