[Debian-med-packaging] Please reject since there is a version closing bugs skipped (Re: libcifpp_1.0.1-5_amd64.changes is NEW)

Hi ftpmasters,

passing the new queue gives us the chance to fix some issue since
version 1.0.1-4 (closing bugs in changelog) was never released and
we can fix this smoothly.
