[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#1052523: conda-package-handling: please remove extraneous dependency on python3-six

I see this dependency chain.

python3-conda-package-streaming -> python3-requests -> python3-urllib3
-> python3-six

and python3-urrlib3 has been fixed in experimental right now

Can you please try again with  python3-urrlib3 from experimental ?

Moreover python3-urllib3 will need a lot more tests,
so help is welcome.
