Tabix is being distributed on Ubuntu

This caused tabix to fail to build, as it is using LDFLAGS to contain libraries to link against.<br><br>
You can see a failure here:<br>

You can reproduce it by attempting to build tabix on an Ubuntu Oneiric machine or PPA.<br>
