picard-tools breaking on Ubuntu is just the symptom.<br>

I see now that my raring chroot is acting opposite from my sid chroot.<br>
In Ubuntu, the two filenames in debian/links are in the wrong order<br>
and the snappy .jar is missing unless I build it with the filenames<br>
reversed. In Debian, the .jar is missing if the filenames are<br>
reversed.<br>

I don't know much about how debian/links works so I think we may need<br>
to ask for help about figuring out the right way to fix this.</div><div> </div><div>It is a simple package steps creating the symlinks within debhelper scripts. You may create a bug on Ubuntu side regarding links management in debhelper. It is weird that package build is not the same between Debian and Ubuntu. May be related to an issue with package build tools.</div>
