[Debian-olpc-devel] Moving packages from Ubuntu>Debian

All,

There are several
packages<http://qa.ubuntuwire.com/multidistrotools/sugar.html#notinA>which
are currently in Ubuntu but not packaged for Debian.

What's the process to get them in Debian, do they have to go through the ITP
process?
