[Debian-olpc-devel] How _should_ we import new changes into git?

Just a quick comment/question: the sugar package is version 0.82.8-3
in unstable, but the latest stable release (from some time ago) is
0.82.9 (http://dev.laptop.org/pub/sugar/sources/sugar/).

Is there a reason why this isn't included in Debian?
