I cannot reproduce the problem here.  A "grave" severity is reserved for 
situations when globally the package is unusable, not if unusable for a 
single user, so lowering severity (to allow entering testing).

That's not the case for me:

Sounds like pycentral not properly triggered at postinst on your system.

Sounds like a broken system to me.  That file certainly exist in the 
binary package (also for i386, double-checked just now).


Do you perhaps use experimental/unusual filesystem or mount options?
