Hi,

I'm working on preparing manpages for Sugar, and am currently generating
them as part of the build process.

Certain programs, namely sugar-emulator, are proving difficult to do
using this method. Would it be okay to create a custom make target that
is run before build to generate the manpages based on the local users'
installed Sugar packages, or is there a more elegant solution?
