Hm. I guess it's just built from a snapshot of the upstream git
repository, although which version specifically I don't know.

In the future, I'll make sure tarballs from
<http://download.sugarlabs.org/sources/honey/IRC/> are used when
possible, will add a watchfile, and disable the g-o-s rule.
