Then file it against xulrunner-dev.  My point is that you should file a 
bugreport against the package containing the bug, not the package(s) or 
other bugs affected by it.

It is easy to reassign a bugreport if filed against wrong package, but 
not so easy to distinguish and split multiple bugs posted into a single 
bugreport.
