sugar-toolkit-0.88 is an older version of sugar-toolkit. It needs to
be removed if sugar-base-0.88 is going to be removed (#853088, #833157).

The only uploader replied to a list of packages up for removal at
<https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=833157#26>
without raising any objections, so I assume he approves.

`dak rm -R -n sugar-toolkit-0.88` says there are no reverse
dependencies, except for sugar-presence-service-0.88 (which is next
on my list) and sugar-moon-activity (#853822).
