commit bc645d1a5c0dc7d3ab780777fcd2fd65847699f2
Author: Anton Gladky <gladk at debian.org>
Date: Thu Jun 12 23:41:07 2014 +0200

Do not use system alglib temporarily.

2014/06/12. After discussing this issue with upstream,
I decided to disable this patch for the moment.
There is no backport compatibility between
Alglib 1.0 and 3.*. This patch compiles, but no
guarantee, that it works witn 3.x normally.
