Hi, this one is easy, we faced similar bugs with opencascade.  PPC is
defined as a macro on PowerPC, variables must be renamed.
A quick grep showed only
   GEOM_SRC_5.1.3/src/GEOMImpl/GEOMImpl_IMeasureOperations.cxx
   GEOM_SRC_5.1.3/src/GEOMImpl/GEOMImpl_PipeDriver.cxx
