Always use some specific servers to build a package

Hello Kurt (and others),

I am coming back on the atlas issue with the list.

Could you exclude atlas build on:
* peri (hppa)
* lucatelli (mips)
* rossini (hurd-i386)
* excelsior (amd64)
* caballero (ia64)
* schroeder (sparc)

For now, it should be enough. 
I will rebuild the missing binary packages and closes build preventing
for migrating into testing.

I will watch that closely.
