The libopenturns-dev package should contains a script named openturns-module in
/usr/bin. This scripts aims at compiling and installing third party openturns
modules as a user. Openturns search user modules in the OPENTURNS_MODULE_PATH
environment variable. For example:

$ export OPENTURNS_MODULE_PATH=$HOME/.my-ot-modules
$ openturns-module  --install=amodule-0.0.0.tar.bz2
$ python
Python 2.5.5 (r255:77872, Feb  2 2010, 00:25:36)
[GCC 4.4.3] on linux2
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.

openturns-module is created by lib/src/Makefile.am from
