AFAIK there are certain parts of libgetfem++-dev which will not be
usable without libmuparser-dev. The same is true for libgmm++-dev
which would depend on libsuperlu3-dev and libmumps-seq-dev in order to
be fully functional. Though, both libgetfem++-dev and libgmm++-dev
will handle the case of any of the above mentioned dependencies
missing, with corresponding error/warning messages. Actually, my
question would be, what is the debian policy about dev packages? Their
packaging dependencies should ensure a minimum functionality or a full
functionality?
