Bug#598571: libatlas3gf-base: Build of atlas test programm xsl2blastst_pt and xsl1blastst_pt failed

I have build a custom altas library following the instructions in the README file. Everyting went ok, but when I try to build the test program xsl2blastst_pt and xsl1blast$

make xsl2blastst_pt

I can however compile other test programs (the non threaded ones) and also "xsl3blastst_pt". Consider me at hand for any future "work" you may need from me.
