Possibly, but I think it's a new bug -- libmetis.so -> libscotchmetis.so
should be linked to libscotch.so but it's not.  Yup, Elmer is also
bombing there.

Let me open a new bug and fix that.  Darn, that would be three scotch
uploads in two days. :-(
