Bug#632676: does not link against libgomp, outdated ltmain.sh

timbl uses an old litmain.sh which filters out the openmp flag -fopenmp
from the linking procedure. So the library is missing a DT_NEEDED endry
for libgomp.
This leads to build failure in programs using libtimbl, like timblserver.

This libtool bug has been fixed but timbl still uses a buggy version.
