Bug#630662: libdeal.ii-dev: missing libtrilinos_*.so.10.0 linkage

When I try to compile /usr/share/doc/deal.ii-examples/step-1, I get
complaints about missing trillinos libraries and ultimately, the example
does not compile.

$ make

and so on. 

Indeed
ldd /usr/lib/libdeal_II_2d.so
shows a bunch of "not found" trilinos 10.0 libraries.

It appears that the current version of libtrillinos=10.4.0.dfsg-1 no longer contains
10.0 libraries, but instead only 10.4. The libdeal.ii-dev package
however claims to be compatible with libtrilinos-dev (>= 9.0.2.dfsg-3). I have confirmed that rebuilding the package solves the problem.
