Bug#619840: src:scotch: Please add support for multiple integer sizes

Christophe Trophime has provided patches (attached) which build multiple
libraries with different integer sizes, in order to support processing
of very large graphs (an upstream capability since 5.1.10).

Please incorporate these patches in the next upload.
