FreeCAD not in Testing

Hi all,

the last version of freecad is successfully built on all supported
platforms [1], and it should, probably migrate to testing, but it is
not [2]:
* freecad has no old version in testing (trying to add, not update)
* freecad (source, i386, amd64, armel, ia64, kfreebsd-amd64,
kfreebsd-i386, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, sparc) has new bugs!

Does it mean, that the bug 617613 is the blocker?
