Bug#667587: src:debian-science: Adjust for the new octave package version 3.6.1

Hi,

I did the needed changes in the metapackage building process in the same
way as for Debian Med (see #667588).  As I explained in this bug we need
to wait with an upload until octave might have hit testing.
