cctbx debian package: new commit

Hello,

I'm going on holiday again tomorrow, so I just pushed my work of last
week as it is. I reworked the test command so that it doesn't need
patching cctbx code any more, which means my code is now contained in
the single patch "0010-adding-setup_py.patch".

This code however is still far from finished, and still only works with
the stable release of cctbx. Many test failures still occur, mostly
because of known problems in my code.

I'll be back on september 3rd.
