Bug#682074: texmaker: Restore session does not work after fresh boot

Hi Andreas,

Here is my attempt at a patch.  As I mentioned, I am not a programmer 
so I was not able to figure out how to build it.  This may be because 
the current build environment that I have available is a Lucid Lynx box 
so the development libraries may be out of date.  It may also be that I 
just don't know what I'm doing.
